Join Sue Gardiner on her pilgrimage to the biggest Biennale in Oceania. Spend time during April 2014 visiting all the key venues including the industrial yet magnificent Cockatoo Island, the MCA and the Art Gallery of New South Wales. We will also find time to visit leading dealer galleries and will take in a collectors visit where possible.

Today we depart to Sydney and transfer to our hotel. We will make our first Biennale visit to Artspace in Woolloomooloo. From there we will wander up to the Art Gallery of New South Wales and visit the Kaldor wing as well as all the essential Biennale works.
Today we will spend the day at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
We end our Biennale experience today with a visit to Pier 2/3 and Cockatoo Island where the majority of installations occur – always a fantastic day.
For our last day in Sydney we board the bus to visit some of Sydney’s key dealer galleries likely to include Anna Schwartz Gallery, Roslyn Oxley9, Gallery 9 and Sarah Cottier and as well as time to stop for lunch in Danks Street.
Today we take a mid afternoon flight home to Auckland.
